国科院现巳成立了中英、中日、中以、中韩四个科技金融投资委员会，下设教育师范培训中心牵头组织的国际院士AI创新力实验室，共有近三十个全球顶尖的AI入地场景公司作为战略合作伙伴，搭载在这一唯一顶尖的国际品牌平台上，此教育平台将作为国家三部一委的标准面向全国以及一带一路，最终将被联合国教科文组织作为世界AI创造力实验室标准！国科院从2019年春节过后至2022年底将在上海、江苏、浙江、广东、山东、重庆、打造国际院士教育、科创园，将国科院与中英、中日、中以、中韩科技金融投委员会审准的合资项目入地到院士科创园中。
IAI has established four science, technology and financial investment committees for Sino-Britain, Sino-Japan, Sino-Israel and Sino-Korea, below it has the international Academician Artificial Intelligence innovation laboratory led by IAI education training center, nearly 30 World top Artificial Intelligence companies will be the strategic partner to participate this only one top international brand platform. This education platform will serve as the country’s three Department and one Committee as the standard for whole Nation as well as Belt and Road, finally will be used by UNESCO as the World's Artificial Intelligence innovation laboratory standards! After 2019 Spring Festival to the end of 2022, IAI will build international Academician Education and Science Park in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shandong, Chongqing. The joint venture projects which approved by the IAI and Sino-Britain, Sino-Japan, Sino-Israel, Sino-Korea technology and financial investment committee will be incorporated into the Academician Science Park.
由于欧盟目前对中国还是采取合作态度，国科院现正与英、日、德、法、以色列、意大利、瑞士、欧盟等国家开展深度AI、大数据优化的强化合作，建立起中国自己的AI大教育、大健康、大医疗技术的研发创新和大数据优化、强化模型再造平台，培育中国在此领域内的核心竞争力。
国科院是一批有海外留学、专业背景，并拥有国内外人工智能院士和高科技、创始理论、规则泰斗级顶尖人才组成的，按目前评估，也只有人工智能技术体系，中国与美国相差十五年左右，通过一二代人聚焦努力最有可能赶上，我们希望与国内外先进的人工智能研究机构、计算机研究院进行合作，将在欧盟、伦敦、法兰克福、巴黎、以色列、芬兰、丹麦、荷兰等地，打造成中国顶尖、世界一流的政、金、产、学、研、技术转化、转让、上市八位一体的国际人工智能综合平台，为造福于中国与人类的和平、文化、文明和可持续性公平、正义、幸福，与我们的国内外战略合作方共同努力！
Because the EU has still taken the cooperative attitude with China, IAI is now carrying out in-depth Artificial Intelligence, big data optimization cooperation with Britain, Japan, Germany, France, Israel, Italy, Switzerland and European Union countries, to establish China's own Artificial Intelligence big education, big health, big medical technology innovation and big data optimization, model reengineering platform, to foster China's core competitiveness in this field.
IAI is a group of top talents with overseas study and professional background, which are Artificial Intelligence academicians both at home and abroad, as well as top persons in high-tech, founding theory and regulations. According to the current assessment only Artificial Intelligence technology, China and the United States differ about 15 years. Through one or two generations focused efforts we are most likely to catch up. We will cooperate with advanced Artificial Intelligence research institute and computer research institute both at home and abroad, in EU, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Israel, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands and other places, to build China's top and world-class political, financial, production, education, research, technology transfer, transformation, IPO, eight elements integrated international Artificial Intelligence platform, for the benefits of China and human peace, culture, civilization and sustainable fairness, justice, happiness, to work together with our strategic partners at home and abroad!
